  Orders placed by 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
  Orders received after 6:00 PM will be dispatched the next day.

  Delivery time is between 2 to 4 working days (No delivery on Sundays).
  However, delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping seasons or our mega sales events.

  Delivery Address:
  
  We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
  We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
  We will try at least twice to deliver your order at the address indicated by you.

  Advance Payment for Certain Locations:
  
  In case of self-collection or any address where we think that the courier network is not available, we demand advance payment.

Exchange/Refund Policy
When you receive your order, please open and check it right away. If you are not satisfied with the product (quality, fabric, or any other reason), you can return it. Once we receive the product back, your order amount will be refunded after deducting the Cash on Delivery (COD) charges. Please note, COD charges are non-refundable. The remaining product amount will be transferred back to you.

We offer refunds in the following cases:

1. If the product is damaged.
2. If there was a mistake by our packing staff and the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

Please note:

• Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
• The minimum period for processing a refund is 7-10 working days.

Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if there was a mistake by our packing staff and the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

EXCEPTIONS

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

1. Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
2. The product is damaged because of use.
